Accessing your Doctor Platform account

Here is the step-by-step on how to access and manage your account

Check the basic functionality on the BioMark Doctor Platform.

First-time login steps

  1. If you are an existing Innoquest Pathology client, you will be provided with first-time login credentials. Contact your key account manager if you have not received them.
  1. Use your search browser to find the Doctor Platform URL and log in with the provided first-time login credentials.
  1. After logging in, complete the required information and verify your email by entering the OTP number sent to your inbox.
  1. Reset the first-time login password and log in again using the new password.
  1. Done! You can now begin reviewing your patients' results.

Our Doctor Platform's URL is localized to each country:
 

View your patients' results.

  1. Your dashboard will display a list of your patients. Simply click on any of their names to view their patient profile. You can also click on the PDF icon to quickly access the report.

  1. On the patient profile page, you can view the patient's historical results.

On Doctor Platform, you can only view historical lab results that were ordered by you or other doctors in your clinic. If the patient has lab results from the same provider but ordered by different doctors, those results will not be displayed in your Doctor Platform account.
 
  1. To download the PDF report, simply click on the download icon.
 

How to reset your password and update your email address?

If you have forgotten your password, there are two ways to reset it.

Method 1) If you are already logged out of the platform: To reset your password, please click on the Forgot your password link below the login button. Then, enter the email address that was used to retrieve the account previously. For reference, please see the image below.

Method 2) In case you are still logged in and would like to reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the user profile icon and select Settings.
  1. From there, navigate to General Settings.
  1. In the Update Password section, update your password as desired.
  1. You can also update your linked email address on this same settings page.
