Top-up your lab consumables using BioMark
Click on the Store tab
Store tab will be next to the Patients tab at the top right of the page. If you don’t see the store tab, you will need to unhide the feature in the setting page>account permissions.
Select the consumables you want to order
You can search the name of the consumables, sort according to categories, and add consumables to the Favorites tab. Add the quantity you wish to order and click Add To Cart
Confirm and send your order
Click on the cart icon at the top right of the page. You will be able to see all the items you have added to your cart. If you wish to order items that are not listed, input them in the Other Consumables box.
Finally, click Send Order and it will be transmitted to the lab customer service team for processing and fulfillment.
Your consumables ordered quantity will be reviewed first by the lab staff as it depends on the available stocks and your lab test ordering trends. Kindly check with the customer services team if you haven’t received the consumables that you ordered.
