What is a Sub-account?
A subaccount provides individual staff access. You can create multiple subaccounts, eliminating the need to share OTP and passwords, which improves privacy. You can control subaccount access and deactivate them when needed.
How to Create a Sub-account?
a) Go to Settings
On your homepage, click on the icon/clinic logo at upper right corner. A list of options will pop out. Click on "Settings."
b) Sub-Account Settings
In settings, go to the "Sub-Account Settings" tab. Here, you can add sub-accounts that you can provide to your staff members. They will be able to log in with their own credentials and access modules that you gave permission to.
c) Adding a Sub-Account
To add a sub-account, click on "Add Sub-Account."
In this form, you need to fill in the necessary information for the sub-account creation. You can control certain levels of permissions for the account, such as Patients and Consumables Note: ⚠️ The provided email will be used to set up passwords for sub-account users and register phone numbers for OTP. ⚠️The sub-account username will serve as their username upon login.
d) Sub-Account Verification
Once you have successfully created a new sub-account, a verification email will be sent to the sub-account user's registered email. The sub-account user is required to set up a password for their sub-account login. Note: ⚠️ Before clicking the “Confirm My Access” button, make sure you are currently logout from all account on the Doctor Platform (If you’re using the same computer)

How to login using Sub-account?
a) On the login page, select "Sub-Account" as the account type.
b) Every time a sub-account login, they need to input their clinic/hospital username along with their username and password.

Who can create sub-accounts?
Only clinic/master level account holders can create sub-accounts.
How many sub-accounts can I create?
You can create an unlimited number of sub-accounts.
Can I control what modules a sub-account can access?
Yes, you can control certain levels of permissions for the sub-account, such as Patients and Store module.
What happens if I need to deactivate a sub-account?
You can easily deactivate a sub-account in the Sub-Account Settings tab under Settings.
I can't find the sub-account feature in my Doctor Platform account settings page.
The sub-account feature is exclusive to clinic/master level accounts and is not available in doctor level accounts. You can identify your account type by your login username: -clinic/master accounts have a suffix "BM" and are 7 characters long, -doctor level accounts only have 5 characters without the suffix.
